Yes. We have transit insurance cover up to $100,000. This covers for Roll-over, fire, flood, theft. We suggest you contact your home contents insurer to check for accidental damage cover during transit if you are concerned. However, we take utmost care not to let anything get damaged.

We can take the bottle as long as it is empty. The same with any petrol cans for mowers etc. they must be empty also. Aerosols, paint and the like we will not load.

Yes, if you are willing and able to help this will save time and money. Work place health and safety rules apply if you wish to help in any way.

Yes, we can offer a few options for you in this regard. Ask for options when speaking to us about your move.

In some cases it is easy to omit a couple of items or miss judge when packing boxes and bags, and so have more than originally stated, if only minimal extra items or last minute items are to be added then this may not affect the quoted price, however, if quantities vary substanially then it is possible you will be charged extra accordingly.
